How do you publish a public-health panel without handing every team a raw extract?
Method
Ingest each survey wave, conform it to a stable grain, test the definitions, and expose a mart with a short dictionary. Refresh is a weekday job with a named owner, not a monthly fire drill.
Finding
The slow part was not the load. It was agreeing what a completed interview meant across three vendors who each used the phrase differently.
What moved
Analysts stopped keeping private copies. The dictionary is now the argument, and the job fails the build when a definition drifts.
